OrthoMCL-7 New Features & Functionality (May 6, 2025)
Webinar goals: This webinar features a live demonstration of the exciting new tools and features in the newly released OrthoMCL-7 platform, VEuPathDB's data resource for ortholog groups of protein sequences. Learn how to gain insights from phylogenetic trees, how to use specialized searches to mine orthology resources, find orthologs between two species, and find orthologs for your list of proteins.

VEuPathDB Community Annotation Webinar with a focus on updating the Toxoplasma gondii ME49 annotation (March 23, 2023)
Webinar goals:
  • Demonstrate how to contribute gene modifications using Apollo, or attach User Comments to individual genes or other records
  • Discuss plans for updating the official genome annotation for TgME49 and ensure consistent representation at ToxoDB, GenBank, Ensembl, RefSeq, UniProt, SwissProt, etc.
  • Solicit feedback from the community about individual genes, ToxoDB
